This catered residence has 360 high-standard en-suite rooms in clusters of up to nine. A number of utility rooms are located in the building.

The Central Block, which is separate from the accommodation blocks, has a dining room, reception, shop, and social areas.

This was a 10,000 sq.m project Located in the UK. Our scope was to model MEP as well as architecture and structure from a point captured on the site of Rooms, Stores, Plant rooms, etc.

The project was completed in six weeks.
